A Day Designed Around Learning, Play & Connection
Morning Learning & Exploration
Children begin their day with a warm welcome before moving into age-appropriate experiences such as circle time, learning centers, purposeful play, art, sensory exploration, stories, music, movement, and outdoor play.
Rest, Recharge & Afternoon Discovery
After lunch, children enjoy age-appropriate rest or quiet time followed by continued learning, creative play, small-group experiences, movement, and outdoor exploration.
Ending the Day with Connection
Children finish their day with choice-based play, connection with friends and teachers, and a smooth transition home.
Daily routines vary by age and classroom, with infant feeding, sleeping, diapering, and play individualized to each child’s needs.

How does the academy ensure safety and cleanliness?
Safety and cleanliness are top priorities at Elite. Our schools feature secure keycard access and are maintained with consistent daily cleaning practices. In addition, each school is professionally cleaned weekly, and our carpets receive a professional deep cleaning every month to help maintain a clean, healthy environment for our children and staff.

Secure Building Access
Safety Starts at the Door
Our schools use the Avigilon Alta secure access control system to help manage entry into our buildings. Authorized individuals are provided secure access through the Alta Open mobile app, helping ensure building access is limited to approved individuals.
Visitors and anyone without authorized access must be granted entry by an Elite team member, adding another layer of security to help keep our children, families, and staff safe.
Clean & Healthy Classrooms
A Clean Environment for Learning & Play
Cleanliness is an important part of creating a healthy environment for children and staff. Our classrooms and shared spaces follow consistent cleaning and sanitizing practices throughout the day.
In addition, our schools are professionally cleaned weekly, and carpets are professionally deep cleaned monthly to help keep our learning environments fresh, clean, and welcoming.

Every Elite employee completes required background checks and fingerprinting before working in our schools. Our classrooms also follow Nebraska state guidelines for staff-to-child ratios, helping ensure children receive attentive, age-appropriate care and supervision throughout their day.

Emergency Preparedness

Each Elite school follows established emergency and safety procedures designed to protect the children and staff in our care. Our schools conduct regular fire and tornado drills, helping children and teachers become familiar with what to do in an emergency.
