Our mission is to provide the most elite environment for children to learn and grow, while we provide the care and education they need and deserve to get there! We will ensure to provide a facility that is safe, clean, and educational for all children we have attending our center. While at our facility we will help the children develop skills that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth. We welcome parents to be a part of this development at our center with an opendoor policy at all times. Having a safe place for children to learn, create friendships, and play is one of our highest priorities. Our Academies remain clean at all times in addition to being a safe place. Our Academy is locked at all times with keycard access as the only way of entrance.

Hello! I am Allison Acero, owner and founder of Elite Learning Academy and Preschool. As the owner of Elite Learning Academy and Preschool, my journey into childcare was inspired by the people closest to my heart—my three children. As a mother and former nurse, I’ve always been driven to care for others. When I couldn’t find a childcare environment that truly aligned with the values I wanted for my own family—warmth, safety, learning, and trust—I decided to create one.

My background in nursing taught me the importance of empathy, attention to detail, and putting people first—all of which I’ve carried into this business. Hello! My name is Brittany Pijewski, and I am proud to be part of the leadership team, passion and drive, at Elite Learning Academy and Preschool. My husband, Josh, and I have been married since 2015, and we have four wonderful children, Paisleigh, Mila, Lincoln, and Baylor who inspire my passion for early childhood education every single day.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, which has provided me with a strong foundation for understanding children’s emotional, cognitive, and social development. Before beginning my career in early childhood education, I worked with Child Protective Services (CPS), where I gained valuable experience advocating for children’s well-being and ensuring they had safe and supportive environments to grow in.
For several years, Allison Acero and I have worked together to build one of the most trusted, high-quality childcare programs in our community. Our shared vision has always been to make a positive impact on the childcare community and to make a meaningful difference in the lives of teachers, children, and parents.

Each day, I look forward to seeing our students learn, explore, and thrive in a safe, clean, and nurturing environment that our dedicated team has created. At Elite, we take pride in offering a curriculum that is both engaging and developmentally appropriate, allowing children to develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

One of the greatest joys of my role is working alongside our incredible team of teachers. Their dedication, creativity, and genuine love for children is the foundation of everything we do at Elite. I am deeply grateful for their hard work and the passion they bring into the classrooms each day. They truly are the heart of our program, and their impact reaches far beyond the walls of our school.

At Elite, our mission is simple, to be positive role models who help children build self-esteem and independence, preparing them for success in Kindergarten and beyond. I am truly honored to be part of a program that supports families and helps shape the next generation with care, compassion, and excellence.

At Elite Learning Academy & Preschool, our teachers are the heart of our school. Each educator joins our team as a qualified professional who has successfully completed a comprehensive criminal background check and meets or exceeds all state licensing requirements.
Our teachers bring a strong foundation of experience and education, including a minimum of 1,500 hours of prior childcare experience or an associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in a related field. Beyond credentials, they share a genuine passion for nurturing, teaching, and connecting with children.
We are deeply committed to ongoing growth and excellence. All staff members complete at least 12 hours of professional development annually, which includes Safe With You training, CPR and First Aid certification, and additional state-approved coursework. Teachers also participate in training aligned with specific domains of the Early Learning Guidelines, ensuring they stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Most importantly, our educators create warm, engaging classrooms where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Through intentional teaching, meaningful relationships, and hands-on experiences, our teachers help every child grow with confidence and curiosity.
